It was a bad week for my child (two weeks ago). As I previously blogged about Lexie got a nice shiner on Valentine's day at Mother's Morning Out. Not but FIVE days later, Lexie and I met up with Zarin/Mandy and Taylor/Stephanie at the zoo. We literally walked in the entrance and made a bee line to see the flamingos. The 3 girls stepped up onto the ledge to be closer to the birds. Lexie forgot that she was on a ledge (that was about a foot tall). She fell flat on her face. This was the first "real bloody" accident. But again, she cried for about 2 seconds. Then she ran off trying to catch up with Z and Tay.
